Strawberry
Japanese Strawberries are said to account for half of all the varieties in the world, and thanks to their quality and improved technology, many varieties are harvested each year. Strawberries are in season from December to April, but the production area changes from month to month, and therefore the taste and aroma also change slightly. Especially, white strawberries are aromatic, high-sugar, cherry-colored strawberries that do not turn red and fully ripen because they contain almost no anthocyanins.
